SAVI Communications

SAVI (pronounced “sav-ee”) is a communication tool that provides a systematic, objective analysis of what makes conversations succeed or fail.

SAVI focuses not on what we say, but on how we say it. There are ways of communicating that make it much more likely that a message will get through accurately and effectively and make it easier to put out and take in important information for problem solving and decision making.

SAVI analysis enables us to pinpoint patterns of interaction that hinder a working team or organization from reaching its goals. Is the group caught up in endless loops of competing opinions? Is it locked in a cycle of blame and self-defense, in which any new information becomes ammunition to fuel the fight? Or is it stalled in a pattern of constant complaining? Based on this analysis, SAVI provides practical strategies that anyone can use to enhance efficiency, productivity, and morale.
